Shipping
Shipping is offered worldwide via DHL Express for overseas orders and TNT/Fan Courier for orders in Romania. I strive to create as little plastic waste as possible, therefore most of the items are packed in reused bubblewrap or recyclable paper packaging.
When will my order be shipped?
Your items will be packed and sent within 7 working days after you complete your order, unless notified otherwise.
When will my order arrive?
The shipping times vary depending on your country. If you are ordering from Romania, it usually takes 2 working days after the package is sent to arrive at your chosen address. For orders within Europe it takes about 3-5 working days for your order to arrive, for the rest of the world, 1 week. Once your order is sent, you will receive the tracking number provided by the courier service.
Care
All of the items are handmade by me. I use high-fire stoneware and porcelain, so that the items don’t break or chip easily. Even so, here a some tips on enjoying your new piece for a long, long time.
Will my cups get stained?
Unglazed surfaces, such as the matte exteriors of some mugs or teapots, are susceptible to light stains. Frequent washing can help remove and prevent staining. Using a dishwasher will help get rid of stubborn stains.
How do I wash my tableware?
Hand washing is recommended, but let’s be realistic. Tableware items can be placed in the dishwasher on a mild / low heat setting.
Are tableware items microwave safe?
All of the tableware items can be used in the microwave, except those with gold overglaze. (If you’ve got something golden and aren’t sure, drop me a line)
How do I wash vases?
Vases are hand-wash only.
